Members of the Arbitration Board need to work with the highest responsibility in the arbitration work in the matches; appointing the referee in accordance with the capacity and in accordance with the nature of the match in accordance with the process that has been approved by the VFF Executive Committee; After each match, it is necessary to seriously learn from the operational work of the referees, not to repeat the existing errors; assess the level of completion of the arbitration, assistant referee to appoint arbitration in accordance with the professional nature of the final rounds; In case of necessity, coordinate with the Organizing Committee of the Research Prize, propose to invite international referees in the area to manage important matches, ensuring the objectivity and fairness in operating the matches.
The supervisory force and arbitration must maximize the role and run the matches in a fair, lawful manner, strictly handle non -sport behaviors. The arbitration team in the matches applies VAR technology to coordinate closely to ensure accurate and persuasive decisions. Leaders and coaching staff of clubs need to enhance the education of players about behavior and competition style, awareness of professionalism and responsibility for the public, images and reputation of the tournaments; promote the spirit of honesty and noble competition; Absolutely respect and comply with the decisions of the referee, the law, the prize rules; Closely coordinate with the Organizing Committee of the Prize and Labor, Vietnam, comply with the statements according to professional football regulations; Strengthen the management, prohibit acts of arranging ratio; Ready to collaborate with VFF, BTC and Security Agency to detect and handle negative phenomena.
The organizers of matches must coordinate closely with local authorities, strengthen measures to ensure security and health for matches, visitors and fans; Propaganda and education to raise the awareness of fans, resolutely prevent extremist acts causing disorder and behavior affecting the security of the match.
